The city looks completely different from up here. Barcelona is built to be seen, with the grid, the sea, the mountain, the basilica all on display, and the right rooftop changes everything. I've had some of my best nights in this city 20 floors up with a cold drink and the entire skyline to myself. Some of these cost nothing. Some cost a cocktail. All of them are worth it. Christina's note: The miso crème brûlée and citrus tart are the kind of desserts you still think about months later, and the panoramic views from the 23rd floor make the experience even better. What really sets this rooftop apart, though, is the service, the team seems to anticipate what you need before you ask. Reserve a table, order the Nobu tacos with sake, and stay long enough to watch the city light up.
